Going out on a limb here... We are near a bottm as the Vix has climbed over 32. However there wasn't enough time in the day today for the spike down. Dow was collapsing. Everything was in place.

So here are my scenarios for tomorrow-

1. Gap up if PPI (CPI or whatever the hell it is) is decent then selloff to a spike low.

2. Numbers suck, gap down, recover then spike low again to a final recovery.

But to where is the spike? 3649 is very very close from here. MSFT stuck around 79 and CSCO around 65 all day for good supports. IF they don't fall much tomorrow then maybe 3650 area. However I think we have a good shot at 3360 if the big boys crack more.

One way or the other my gut tells me we are almost there.

I am either onto something or on something....time will tell
