Right up (down) there with April 3, and taking its place with the other two as the three biggest point declines ever on the Nasdaq.

tommasso, if you took the time to study the research of leading academic scholars you would realize that you cannot time the market hence the only prudent action is to DCA over a long time frame since stocks only rise over the long haul. -vbg- furthermore if the government says we have high productivity it must be true because governments never lie to the masses. mike ho ho ho

tom, don't be posted bgr stuff to me 'cause i'm enjoying the bliss of lack-a-nonsense.

i know many dolts are panicking right now. those that bought cisco near their top (great company, afterall ;-) and now lost 2/3 of their cash - more if on margin.

fair value for the current economy is about naz 2700. if demand sinks due to falling asset prices then 2700 appears HUGE!

i just read where some bay area folks are hurtin' b/c they are building custom built homes based on their old option values. DOH!

greed personified.

when some folks jump out of an airplane w/o a chute <shrug>, they decide to enjoy the view on the way down. oh well... ;-)

When I began to use the ignore button, it dawned on me that the person I was ignoring was just trolling. Sort of like Howard Stern, Rush Limbah. Oops, I spelled that wrong, I bet. <yawn, shrug, stretch, scratch, blink, breath, burp>. The big advantage is that I only have to see 1/2 the posts now, but the percentage of constructive ones is much higher than before.
