They did! After reading their report, I am confident Intel will meet/beat Q1 estimates. Q2 is shaping up to be good as well. Traditionally, Q2 is the weakest quarter but AMD is saying basically the same number of unit shipments (6.5M) for Q2 with a higher rich of Athlon (1.8M...nowhere near enough to put any hurt on Intel). Of course, the analysts might put a negative Intel spin (i.e. intel finally has a competitor who makes money), but this report/outlook is clearly bullish on the processor/semi sector.
