CRFH was simply a victim of 2 markets... people buying at 160 didn't know there were 50 million shares out... or the fact that it would open ask-only in Japan. Not much info was out there... plus the japanese mkt was correcting techs, etc. At the time I was buying, when doing the math, the ADRs here were trading at a discount to the value in tokyo. I haven't looked of late to see what it is at in Japan... so I don't know the discount or premium. Unfortunately, I took a loss in the company... oh well... wouldn't be my first and certainly won't be my last. Regards, Jason
