OUCH... glad I'm still 40% cash.... Sheesh... guess we'll have to see if 3650 holds like the pro's say.

There is definitely a lag time problem, but I still think PnF did a pretty good job with this decline. NYSE went negative well in advance of the biggest part of the DOW downdraft, then turned up in time to catch this Dow relative strength. The OTCBP then gave a sell signal. That should have been our clue, but if memory serves it either reversed back to X's or was close to it. Even so, with HILO and others reversing down around the same time, I think there was enough caution out there. For me the NAZ sell signal was the final straw. Everyone wanted to think we had put in a bottom, but I believed the charts and planned for another big drop. I questioned myself at times, when things started looking rosy again, but the puts and shorts have worked, as have the Dow stocks I bought. Being technically minded I'm hoping I'll pick up the stuff in the DeMark book, I'll let you know what I think of it. Have you ever tried any of Murphy's books. I find them quite understandable. Jeff
