It was the attempt to follow "retracements" that ruined the most people in the Great Crash. But of course, somebody might get lucky on this one. I'm not predicting anything except my own behavior, and am not too sure about that. I have seen average P/Es of 7 before and I think they might occur again. I remember people, when interest rates were at 12-14%, who judged me unbalanced for suggesting they might ever be lower again.
