I disagree. I heard from a graphics specialist that real video editing is only done on Unix machines.
The professional graphic people know Unix. Linux is a better Unix, as you know.
You wrote "Corel should be porting the products to the Mac". In fact Corel HAS ported Draw to the Mac. Strange you missed that.
Draw is very good, but not the standard in the land of graphics for printing - that's the Mac - and its software: Adobe. Not for its quality, but just for the fact it has been a MONOPOLY for some time.

The combination of Draw and Linux can be the step-up for Corel to the world of video editing!
(Corel did you get that!)
Do you know of commercial available affordable video editing software with professional capabilities?
