Obviously you have studied Wit Capital in great detail, and so perhaps my contribution can be to play "devils advocate". <g> There have been a few articles published recently in The Economist, WSJ and elsewhere about the possibility of IPO's being postponed or cancelled due to market conditions. Apparently a number are on hold right now, but there hasn't been a high profile failure yet. If there is, this could exacerbate the overall market decline. While this may be a short term issue (e.g. 6 months) would it not have a serious impact on WITC's revenue stream? So while Q1 may look good, Q2 and Q3 could be much less rosy.
