Hopefully someone will ask this in CC which I can't listen to now, but maybe you have to assume that the convertible bonds will be converted once they reach par (100). I think the conversion price was well above 38 because Albert sends an analysis of these bonds every once in a while, and in the last report they were trading at 95.

Then again, maybe AMD bought VIA. JUST KIDDING.
