Let us know when they get to the part where they line up to kiss SL's brass ring as the door slowly closes on Seagate's life as a public company.:-)

Mike -

The CC was weird. It was as if nothing was happening. The analysts asked questions about future quarter earnings and SL even said "See you next quarter" at the end of the conference.

With 12 lawsuits pending and the SEC looking at the deal, my guess is SL had to be careful not to say anything misleading. The most negative thing said was that revenues were down because of no products in the low end of the enterprise market and late 10gb per platter products in the desktop market. Margins increased 2% this quarter but SL said flat revenues and flat margins next quarter.

I do not think we will hear much more from SEG management before the vote that may occur in May.

Regards.
Mark
