Newbie to TA...

Hello everyone...I've decided to become a little more ruthless in buying and selling stocks...that means starting to incorporate TA. I've used the charts recently to spot support areas and have been lucky to pick up many of my current stocks at reasonable prices, so I can sit out the mayhem on the current markets.

I have neither the time nor inclination to get into every nuance of TA, but a person would be foolish to not try and gain every bit of advantage, so my question is this:

If you had to use ONLY two or three indicators, what would they be? If you say moving averages, please specify simple vs exponential, 10 day vs 200 day or whatever. Thanks in advance.
