I'll note that the guy asking questions in the conference said simply that the letter says S-CDMA would not be included in DOCSIS...leaving out the "present time" qualifier, thus promoting a quite false notion.

Here, I'll leave out a qualifier too. From the letter, here: "Terayon is an important contributor to the DOCSIS program,...."

You'll notice that no qualifier attached to that statement removes TERN from its continuing and clearly valued participation in the DOCSIS program.

Tern tells us there is NO ongoing misunderstanding between them and Cablelabs.

TERN is an author of the next proposed TDMA based DOCSIS, and as such, I have to conclude they may well likely have the technical ability to combine their S-CDMA PHY with it as planned.
