Yes! real estate prices comes down, but not for ever.
If you don't trust me on that...then ask people who live in Palo Alto.

I have plans to sell two side by side lots in a subdivision that I had planned to build in some time ago. The problem is I would have neighbors there whereas I have tons of privacy here. There is no income fromt hose lots and the taxes are high due to the area relative to this area's pricing. I know people in Palo Alto would laugh at the property taxes here.
