I'm not saying it is the perfect indicator. I'm just saying that the last 2 spikes above 40 (the only ones in its history) have been great buying opps.

We may indeed be near a short-term trough in the NAZ, but I would not count on much of a bounce. Morgan Stanley's Steve Roach says that stocks must go down and STAY DOWN for awhile to slow the economy and break the cycle of manic speculation.
And he is close to the central banking community.
