Lawdog, I have nothing against Goodyear. I actually own a few non-tech stocks, including CMB, LUV and HD. I just think MSFT, CSCO, ORCL and others will increase more over the next few years. There's always room in a portfolio for a stock like GT -- for me, though, I have to understand enough about the business and believe in its potential to buy the stock. I don't know squat about tires -- I don't even know how much they cost -- never even look at the bill when I have them changed. Good luck with your GT though, and thanks for the recommendation!
