Yeah, but it's not like the semi industry can just have fabs pop up instantaneously. If the demand continues to be strong for the next few years, then we're looking great. But if this year is just an up year in a cycle, then we could have problems in 2001 or 2002.

Remember the slowdown of 1998?

I think Tench was looking at long term capacity, well beyond this year.
