Ceedee, more or less jibes with what i am thinking...another point of note is the recent decrease in volatility. that implies that an increase in same comes next. if the wedge resolves to the norm, it should be up.
longer term it will be important to see how the next rally shapes up. i know of wave counts that look for capitulation in the PoG below 200. not my preferred scenario, but i'm not discounting anything yet. currently i still think that last year's low was 'the' low for a while.
apart from this i expect the industry to become subject to a wave of consolidation. it is certainly needed, and will help remove some more physical supply.
