by timing many of us wish they had done this last sept or earlier. could the news had had more impact at a different time? certainly. but i am not complaining, and unfortunatelyt he correction nipped the current move.

right now, one needs to wonder if there may be an out clause if ntop falls below a certain price. currently with ntop at 50, the 75 is still not unreasonable, assuming i am not paying the 75.

Carl, ain't over till it's over, and neither stock is acting like these deals are in fact locked in. If I were really long IDTC, I would find today's action bothersome. I am sure I'll be bombarded with all the reasons IDTC is doing great, and the Yahooites and Burning Bulls can laugh all they like, but I look at the chart since the big news and the excitement seems to have been totally lost after day one...at least for now.

I haven't been following along here, but I question how well this incubator idea will be received....especially with HJ at the helm.
