Wouldn't use stops, heard that before and wouldn't sell a losing position, yup, that one too just kept on averaging down these last few weeks. a fate worse than death Got sucked in bigtime by that rally late last week. wouldn't have mattered with trailing stops Sold all his positions near the close, as he was playing with money borrowed from his folks and just couldn't take the stress and volatility anymore Holy geezus...borrowed money...too much pressure when yur using someone elses money. Hell using your own is tough enough! My sympathies to your buddy, but he broke all the rules the Chief
