Thanks John. Big 3 automakers all supposed to have stellar earnings. Believe reaction by street in regards to earnings announcments for old economy stocks like F and GM are different in that the volatility is not as wild and that is one reason in defensive times like this I like F. Not only that with the low PE and the large yield, its a rather safe place to park some money and hopefully make more than in a money market account during the same timeframe. Heck I am already up some 3+ points on average the past 4 days. Regarding AMD and the semis I might be inclined to look at KLAC and CY as possible goer's on the strength of earnings but cast a very leery eye towards the market. IF I go in tomorrow at all it will be only for a trade or two. Jane
