You caught me :( SOrry..... I'm reading the link now. AH!! yes. Well SCDMA is TERN's best shot. I knew they were working to get it incorporated into the 1.2 spec and was also aware that it hadn't be accepted. I didn't know TERN was out there making misleading statements regarding SCDMA's acceptance. And as you are well aware most technologies get modified when being accepted into any agreed upon spec or standard so it's likely changes will be neccessary to the TERN implementation... of course that's just a guess but an educated one which I know you'll agree with. Thanks for the link... very interesting. Was that posted today? Is that the reason for the sell off??? OG

JXM, Just popping in here. I've been staying away from this carnage, but kinda keeping an eye on things. I think the bottom is in. I'm hanging a sign on the door and heading to the boonies for 10 days. No computers, SI, CNBC, or Greenspan. So I guess I'll have to pass on all the opportunities that await, whatever they may be.
