More importantly, when I asked CableLabs about the issue, they did not say--"yeah, we have a problem with TERN, look at the letter". Instead, they said look at the protocol--which says it is very likely, but not certain, that SCDMA will be in a very imminent CDOCSIS release--and that TERN is working with them on that release.

read them, do you know how? they are not even close to the same. the letter on geocities is a fraud. You will see. That is my opinion. I have talked to cablelab's reps and have been led to believe that the story pluvia tells is true and accurate. Although they can not specifically discuss the issue, when i read what I had I was told I seem to understand it pretty well. ake it FWIW...It's your money. I covered my short at 119+ today and will look to sell again on any spike tomorrow
