Sorta agree. Possibly no other Democrat would have signed the Welfare Reform Bill into law. But no Republican would have raised the minimum wage either, strong economy or no strong economy. When the extreme elements of both parties criticize the President, as they do with President Clinton now, it is usually a sign that the guy is doing something right.
