I didn't mean to start another feud on this thread. I was just being sarcastic. I guess this is the wrong time for bad humor.

I'm just now trying to "learn" how to use charting effectively. I thought it was a bunch of hooey, until I read Elder's book Day Trading for a Living. He explains that technical analysis does not attempt to predict the "behavior" of a stock (which is what I thought TA advocates claimed); it is an attempt at predicting group behavior as it relates to a stock. That makes much more sense to me.
