Jim, I think it would be neat to read your opinions on RMBS' technology, another problem we are facing on this thread, is trying to assess the potential impact of the various suits RMBS has launched against Hitachi, these seems to cover not just RMBS type designs, but some design contemplated for its competition, the DDR DRAM. Any input on this would be appreciated as well.

I can't believe this - we must be in a time warp if Jim McMannis has come out of the woodwork. What's the dillio here? People really hate this Rambus company. The only company for which I ever witnessed this much hatred was QCOM during the 1997-1999 pre-boom. Hmm.
