Am now buying JDSU calls all the way down from here.

If one is a speculator, that could really work out well. I still prefer the January 2001s but JDS calls are so expensive. For that reason, one might be better off searching for better call options candidates, like Intel, Cisco, or QQQ.

Given the rich premiums on this stock, I am reluctant to play calls in JDSU unless it is very close to expiration and the time premium is almost gone. Again, there may be much better call option candidates for short term plays. JDSU is more of a margin play although that has its own risks. I prefer to stick to stock without margin and buying calls when the opportunity arises on certain stocks.

Just my opinions. Of course options and margin traders have to be aware of the risks.
