The recipient of this generous gift does not have to report the sale of those shares unless they are the spouse of the giver. It's one of those frustrating transactions that YOU KNOW cramer used to hedge his position, but designed to make it impossible to dig up details. Just like Bezos and his 7 billion dollar anonymous AMAZN call offering last year in switzerland.
