There is no reason now for G to raise rates.
I agree, but there hasn't been a reason for some time now. In a backhanded way, he needs to raise rates now to demonstrate he is not targeting the market. Otherwise he might be seen as reacting to market levels. And, you know, in Oz apperances count.

To support your view, take a look at the top, from Mar 24 on NDX.
The waves down are getting shorter and shorter.
My measurement for the neckline is also showing 3650.
CSCO should also find some support at 64-65.
