My view actually comes from an analysis of every trade, but I thought I'd couch it in an interpretation that you'd find entertaining. Every trade data shows that the market in Att is elastic with respect to marginal supply and inelastic with respect to marginal demand. This state is correlated with a subtle net belief among those transacting that the stock's earnings will be accelerating. No mechanical means can tell you what is coming, but if this or that does come, you want to be where you will be best rewarded. This stock is low risk and high potential return. When the state is accommodative like it is here, then it only takes a little outside stimulus to get her going.
