I mentioned Pesavento's 2nd favorite pattern is the butterfly. His first is the gartley 222....

A possible Gartley 222 pattern is forming on the SP 500 cash index. This is a bullish formation with a fairly low risk (in a risk:reward ratio sense) entry. As I said it is a "possible" formation and has not completed yet but does look quite likely. Looking for a move down to 1390 area on or around next Wednesday. This area also has good magnet support which I like. The buy signal is a end of day bottoming formation (I prefer candlestick formations) with a stop below point X.
