I expect you'd see a good deal of Ms. Rice (who, BTW, studied under Madeleine Albright's father; the foreign policy world is nothing if not ingrown) in a Bush administration. I also expect that the real foreign policy strings would be pulled by guys like Paul Wolfowitz and Dick Cheney, which is not a prospect that I find very appealing.
