SQST - cancels secondary, I would think so - at all time low! LOL Sign of the times I'm afraid.

``SciQuest.com is very confident of its prospects for growth and does not need additional capital at the present time or in the foreseeable future,' said chief executive officer M. Scott Andrews in a statement.

``Neither the company nor many of the selling shareholders desire to sell shares at the current price levels. We will continue to evaluate the situation as market conditions change,' he said.

West, one thing to keep in mind: this market turned around on a dime last Tuesday, and, although I expect the turn to be at a lower point next time than last week, it can still turn around quickly and move up fast. I do not think we will see 4500 any time soon, but, the lower the markets go the more cash stacks up on the sidelines. As the Nasdaq heads for 3000, I can easily see greed taking over and pushing panic out of the way. We are not going into a recession and Greenspan no longer needs to consider a 0.75 point increase in short term rates. We will see two .25 increases and that should do it. The bubble has been burst. He is probably opening a bottle of champagne tonight. But, now he and others needs to think about global repurcussions of a meltdown. Time for CSCO, INTC, MSFT, and ORCL to start talking about buy backs. Good Luck.
