Good morning PAL and thread:

Thanks for your post on short put margin requirements and repair strategies, PAL. I bought back my short puts (at a substantial loss) on ARBA and BRCM on Tuesday. Since I thought the Nasdaq was going to continue to correct, I've been waiting to reposition, hoping I could stack the odds more in my favor this time by waiting to reposition after these issues had continued their selloff. If my margin capacity allows, I'll be repositioning by selling half the amount of April puts, with a much lower strike price, scalping a small profit, then rolling them into Mays. I'm thinking about making an April move first in order to take advantage of the increased theta at this time of the month.

Does this make any sense?
