In fact, before only their integrated model was viable as I recall. Now we find
out how blemished this company really is.

I'm sure that in a couple of years we will learn how this company has been "saved" and that it is miraculously worth 5 or 10 times management's generous offer.

Z -

The phone replay is 1-800-475-6701, call # 489854. It is also available on the web with Best Calls. SL started out saying he could not talk about the deal because they are in a silent period while the SEC is considering their proposal. However, one question asked about losing their cash cushion if they went private. SL responded that the new partners had access to plenty of cash. He also gave a time frame that was as soon as possible but dependent on approval by the SEC. It sounded like a vote in May.

Regards,
Mark

Z- It was the weirdest call. It was one of the most rambling CC's I've ever listened to. I'm pretty sure it was a deliberate attempt to use up all the time they could so no embarassing questions would be asked. Their PREPARED statements went on FOREVER. I think the operator fell asleep because they had trouble re-contacting her for the Q&A part. Then they made it VERY clear no questions would be answered concerning the LBO scandal. -MikeM(From Florida)
