Excellent Job Mark,

One thing is for sure, the use of the names "Mike Hunt" and "Joe Boner" in the conference call is entirely consistent with the MO of "Pluvia." Somehow, I don't think that connection is coincidental evidence. These characters are no doubt laughing there infantile butts off. I believe they take glee in making a mockery of themselves with such methods- so that longs might discount them more readily- then ultimately being correct. If they are correct in this case, I'll be damned surprised! I believe the water is flowing out of their case this time, and has already begun covering their overshoes.

Thanks,

Dan B

If the imposter was trying to manipulate the stock TERN should contact the SEC.

Thanks for your well-documented and balanced response to our friendly "shorts." I got into this stock because of George Gilder (btw, the best $300 I ever spent & not because of TERN) and was considering getting out of it when it began to take off.

At its top, my gain was still short-term and it was too heavy a tax hit to sell. Now, since their acquisitions, etc., I am not sure what to do.

Also just read a very complete analysis of TERN from WR Hambrecht. While pointing out the risks, they also laid out all of the upside potential.

The big risk for techs, and it is so for all techs, is the reduction of the multiple people are willing to pay. The high multiples are only going to go for those companies that can deliver growth in revenues and cash flow.

On that last point, when you speak to the CFO, can you ask if they an provide guidance on quarterly cash flow?

Thanks again.
