Well, I am pissed at myself for failing to take small gains or small losses in positions that i designated as trading flips, and allowed these to grow into large losses. I have held most of my positions, have only done a few stupid things. My philosophy remains to hold high quality stocks long term and only exchanging them when the fundamentals for that company changes. I trade a small portion of my portfolio. It has been rough, but my experience, is that at the moment of greatest panic, is probably the WORST time to sell, probably is the time to buy if one has guts, balls, oves and MONEY. I remember in a much earlier stock market sharp sell off, i called my broker and told him i wanted to sell everything. He, very wisely, said, you want to sell NOW! , after the market has declined 25%. hmmm larry
