Yep. Good point. "Innocent" men don't go to death row. Only men who have been given due process including extensive appeals. The system is not perfect because it is run by humans and humans are imperfect. No one can guarantee that mistakes might be made from time to time. This is not cause to criticize those who execute (no pun intended) in good faith the laws they are sworn to uphold. Only a chucklehead adopts the position asserted by Bush critics in this regard. JLA
