Sounds logical Chief but we have the naysaying analysts on CNBC as well as other financial channels telling us we are in a bear in the tech's.I don't believe that we will see these stocks stay down as there will be bargain hunters who missed the first leg which started last fall jumping in at various levels. If Greenspan does his thing and looks to raising rates again(i doubt it) we could see a recessionary market.Economically speaking the conditions are not there to support this but nothing has worked lately according to well based theories.
