Do you also remember that my only criticism of him was that I think that he has been a "TAD" too conservative. I have to admit that AMD's recent improvements have come much faster than I thought that they would. There also may be some back tracking before this is all over. A buck or two in earnings per quarter for AMD is something that I called for a couple of years ago. This latest performance is much sooner than I had expected and some twanging and oscillations may be in the cards. DARBES, I remember and you were right but you know its one thing for us to say something on this thread and its another for an analyst to say it publicly. How long was LaFountain's butt hanging in the wind before AMD turned? I am sure he took all kinds of sh*t for his position. ted
