No, as it plummeted to the 60ish level I took it off for a loss.

Wanted to re-enter but I'm waiting to see how the ND fares. It seems to me the issue won't be the flier it was. If you look back far enough on RMBS for example, I recall a few years back when the stock was about 87 it was clocked and stayed as low as 36 for about 5 months before it finally came up as high as perhaps 111. That was around the top and it took another 15 months of getting beat up until this past February.

I'm told, the Short Interest on RMBS was about 51% when the stock broke out to as high as 500 plus in a rather short period of time. My suspicion is, this stock may experience the same type of scenario. Each time it moves a bit higher it's inherent weak Relative Strength will be a red flag to anyone who may be looking to grab a fair Short.

So my thinking on it is to do what I happened to do with RMBS. Wait for it to gain some base and then buy it and forget about it for awhile. Of course, the ND bothers me, so I'm not really in a rush to pay close attention as yet.

I do not know of any bad news on the stock. I do not follow that very closely. If I did I would have been out of Rambus long before it moved. More or less I rely quite a bit on people who know the industry around any given issue. In the case of this issue there was a lot of good press.

For example, if Andrew told me to buy a Semi stock I would certainly consider it. If he told me to buy a retail stock I probably would not. That's about the limit of my Fundamental Analysis. I don't consider myself to be a very good analyst; there are too many competent people out there who know their respective Industries a heck of a lot better than I do so once I get the flavor it becomes a matter of Technical Analysis which I do okay at.

Having said all that, I haven't even looked at it recently and may not until ND throws out a clue as to medium term direction.

EDIT

The High on RMBS appears to have been 471
