wonder if it's the same Troy I've worked with before.. probably have his name written down somewhere.. i can't remember if he's the one who didn't call me back or not.. it's just frustrating that the service is so extreme.. either very good or very bad... and then there's the inconsistency... i wish someone would survey 100 etrade reps with 5 different questions... I'll bet the results would be surprising (not to us) to those at etrade (like cotsakos) who think it's improving jim
