Re Greenspan: for those not listening (I'm trying not to, but it's hard...), might be worth noting that he's endorsed the idea of going-slow toward "decimalization" of the trading-system (to using only decimals, rather than fractions). Apparently at the moment, the plan is to change the system on Labor Day (was originally set for this month, actually, but then delayed)...
