SEATTLE, April 11 /PRNewswire/ -- FreeShop.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSHP) today announced that revenues for 1Q00 will be approximately $5.1 million, exceeding consensus analysts' expectations by approximately 17%. Given its high margin structure, the company also expects to report results of operations that are significantly ahead of analysts' expectations when it announces its complete results on April 19, 2000, after market.

"We continue to be pleased with our momentum on all fronts, as reflected in our strong revenue growth and increasing consumer and client bases," said Tim Choate, Chairman and CEO of FreeShop.com. "In addition to consumer, client, and revenue growth, we signed multiple marketing agreements during the quarter with key clients, and formed new strategic relationships with companies such as iVillage, Digital Impact, Cybergold and MapQuest."
