Except that the way it's done is through evidence of the impact on consumers as introduced at trial, and not by some collateral consideration of how the stock market might react, as was suggested. The original statement that started this discussion was: "The Judge did not understand what could happen to the market when he ruled MSFT was wrong. Maybe he thought MSFT was just MSFT."
