That makes no sense. It is increasingly impossible to accurately gauge INTC's competitive situation without at least a deferential knowledge of AMD. So it can't be a resource problem because any intelligent comprehensive analysis of INTC includes all the research necessary to make a rating on AMD. It makes no sense to cover one and not the other.
