5Dave22 (Dave),

I am not sure what to expect today but conversely to your statement I would not be surprised to see the stock sell off into the close today as the irrational investors that Steve Porter has been talking about exit positions because of disappointment with the lack of a huge rally (over the bogus after hours closing price) and due to fear about what will happen tomorrow. Those irrational investors operate off of fear and greed and now that they are disappointed in the lack of an earthshattering rally their greed may be dwarfed by their fear. my point is not to make a prediction here but rather to say that anything is possible from a stagnation, to a good rally, even to a sell off

Regards,

Epinephrine

Re: "Steve, Niceguy - you both have valid points, on short term movement I side about 75% with Steve here, though. That said, I wouldn't be TOO surprised to see a huge run-up towards closing. You can only hold something down for so long. If that happens, you will see a recoil from this morning's activity and here the SPROING heard around the world."

Comment: And that's precisely what makes the marketplace and more specifically AMD so interesting...The differing outlooks provide the framework for the different investment strategies! I still think there is a great deal of upside left in April calls!
