I think you hit that one square on the head Shaw. Betcha lots of conservative mutal fund investors are dumping their high tech funds for safer pastures. When and where are the numbers reported? Do they report by sector?

WIN-Sprott are always on the sell side as they bought 3mm shares back before the last years rise, Yorkton are actually net buyers today. Its this crazy ass Greenline selling keeping the price down., way out of whack.
