My ans: If you are refering to Elian, Elian has the right to stay in the US inspite of his fathers wishes. "Do Americans have the right to go to starvation stricken Ethiopia and take cute babies away from those poor starving mothers????" My ans: If you are refering to the Elian situation, Elian has the right to stay in the US inspite of his fathers wishes. Even poor peoples should not be allowed to have slaves.
