Actually, I have an ulterior motive. I am trying to see if they can suggest good investments because they are more in tune with commercial culture, so I told them I'd buy them each some stock but put it in a trust account where they couldn't touch it until they turned 25. Suggested they pick something that they thought would appreciate over the next ten or so years. I think Rambi was the one who first observed that she should have bought stocks her kids suggested. Mine have suggested pretty much what you'd expect - Intel, Microsoft, Apple, Coke, McDonald's, but the AMD one was unexpected.
