I believe next earnings announcement is still scheduled for April 20 after the market closes. I sure hope COHU holds up - this market is getting ugly.

Hi Henry, Earnings should come out after the close on April 20th.Maybe we can call the management and ask them not to announce that way we won't get clipped(I don't know if good friday will delay the announcement).Come to think of it that may be or out. Hehehehe Actually I think Cohu is holding up well.If Cohu was getting clipped ,like Amat did today ,it would be in the 35-36 range.Novellus which wasn't trading at a new high last week held in the 47 range(it spiked down to 40 9/16 last tuesday). To all on thread: if you look to Cohu's past the stock price will retest the low set by the fast spike down at a later date in a more prolonged deliberate gringing kind of high. This is a very effective shakeout process.Cohu also has a history of flying back up to about 91% of it past highs.This has then reversed upon overcapactity issues and/ or asian contagion. I don't know how to read the future sector strength, as it seems much more diversified with Rhambus dram as a new segment to sell into.I believe Cohu a is very dynamic and healthy stock that will provide a very good opportunity to make a 75 % return on funds invested here.JMHO For what it's worth I like the 37 -45 % discount from 62.75. Bob I will try to learn how to copy my TC2000 with a Snagit program I down loaded yesterday when I get Home tonight.My wemmastering is poor. Heheheh

Henry Re <<KLAC and AMD beats estimates and get kicked in the butt...what's going on...i think COHU will have good numbers but maybe its gonna be a case of sell on the news...any opinions?>> AMD went UP following the earnings, and is only $7 or so from its all time closing high. But then again, they completely DESTROYED the most optimistic whisper numbers. The market is not holding up, Nasdaq futures are down big. Points to big down open on Monday morning. Mani
